This Secure Remote Work Accelerator Workshop was released in response to COVID-19 to guide rapid deployment and adoption of corporate cloud to facilitate business continuity. This workshop empowers you to stay connected while maintaining security and control.
OUTLINE
Brief overview of Remote Work enablement:
Enable Cloud or Hybrid Identity – Single Sign-on & Self-service password reset
Rapid Deployment of Teams – Guided checklists, activation, installation, and configuration
Providing Adoption Kit – End-user training, workload introductions, and support resources
Secure access to Teams – Conditional Access & Multi-Factor Authentication
In this workshop, you will work through the enablement of cloud identity and rapid deployment of Microsoft Teams, including the Teams adoption kit and guidance to secure access to Teams.
PURPOSE
Via the Cloud Accelerator Workshop, we achieve the following:
- Environmental and workload analysis, including a quick assessment of your Security Posture
- A list of actionable recommendations to deploy Hybrid Identity, Teams, and Security
- Teams & Security Adoption Kit, including end-user training, workload introductions, and support resources
- An inside look at Microsoft’s holistic approach to remote work and how it relates to your organization
- Identification of potential blocks and challenges
- Recommendations on free Microsoft 365 trials for immediate deployment
- A comprehensive Technical Guide for advanced remote work scenarios
WHAT’S COVERED
In scope
The standard scope of the engagement includes:
- Enable Cloud or Hybrid Identity –Single Sign-on & Self-service password reset
- Rapid Deployment of Teams – Guided Checklists, activation, installation, and configuration
- Provide Adoption Kit end-user training, workload introductions, and support resources
- Secure access to Teams – applying baseline security such as Conditional Access & MFA
Out of scope
The standard scope of the engagement excludes:
- Technical designs or implementations.
- The final plan includes the prioritization of additional engagements that will aid in the design and implementation of Microsoft Teams.
- Pilots or Labs
- Demos may be conducted within the readiness sessions, but pilots and/or labs must be conducted as separate engagements.
- Network Testing & Configuration
- This workshop includes a high-level assessment of your current environment and will touch on network configuration but not delve into testing or planning.

In addition to the Deployment Plan, customers receive:
